Meet & Muse

First, we’ll distill and clarify what wants to be birthed through our collaboration.

  • This will be an in-depth woolgathering and ‘visioneering’ conversation where we’ll clarify and prioritize your goals for your elevated online presence.

    This foundational convo will be informed by a comprehensive Discovery Questionnaire you’ll complete as part of your pre-kickoff homework.

Brand Design

Next, we’ll consciously craft the energetic and visual vibe of your online presence.

  • Guided strategically by Claire, this is an exciting, fun, collaborative exploration of mood, tone, sensation, colors, imagery, and typography that will coalesce into a beautiful brand blueprint.

    With a clear picture of your dream client in mind and an intuitive take on your own Essence and the soulful core of your business — Claire will craft the style direction that will steer everything from here on. This will then be presented to you in the form of a brand ‘moodboard’ for your review, feedback, and approval.

    Depending on the particular needs of the project, Claire may call upon a skilled and gifted member of the Wellness Web Designers team to bring to fruition certain elements of your brand design, including your logo if that is on your wish list.

Content Creation

Then, we’ll craft the words & visuals that will speak authentically to the heart of your dream client.

  • Claire will then retreat to her creative cocoon to craft these essential content elements and then present to you for your review, feedback, and approval:

    • A clarified central site message

    • A sitemap showing what will go where

    • Rough drafts of the wording (aka ‘copy’) and sketches of where it will go on your site

    • Preliminary curation of images

    Depending on the particular needs of the project, Claire may call upon a skilled and gifted member of the Wellness Web Designers team to bring to craft certain elements of your content.

Site Design & Build

The excitement builds as detailed site mockups are revealed & refined —and your new site comes to life.

  • During the presentation meeting, Claire will guide you through each page element to help you understand their rationale and purpose. You’ll come away with access to a review portal where you’ll share detailed feedback from which subsequent refinements will be made.

    Once you’re happy with the mockups, Claire will then call upon a skilled and gifted member of the Wellness Web Designers team to execute your site build. This process includes several rounds of reviews and refinements to ensure that you’re thrilled with the results.

    Your site will get a healthy SEO start as well, as we’ll set up the back end to put your site in a good position to be found by search engines—or, more simply—your future dream clients.

Launch Happy

We’ve done it! We’ll hit Publish and celebrate your new site going live —ready for you to proudly share.

  • Together, we’ll have a Launch Celebration call where we’ll (virtually) toast to this new, more congruent beacon, shining warmly and brightly out into the world.

    Yay—as it now welcomes your waiting dream clients, who feel relieved and delighted to draw themselves into that warm light.

    We’ll hand off your site and share its Care & Feeding instructions and follow up with any needed custom video tutorial(s) that you can bookmark for future reference—though, we are always a quick email away to support you at any time with all manner of aftercare.

Optional Add-Ons

  • These may be items such as business cards, social media graphics, print brochures, a custom email signature, and so much more.

  • No worries — we’ll work together to craft a pitch-perfect custom package for you!

  • Because our guiding credo is to support you in getting getting your light out there, we gladly offer a number of flexible extended payment plans — so you can launch now and pay later in easy installments. All we ask is a ‘skin-in-the-game’-sized deposit to get you going, along with a signed payment agreement.

  • You will have the ongoing cost of domain registration (annual) and site hosting (annual or monthly).

    Optional features may include: online scheduling, e-commerce, branded email, email marketing, et cetera. We can provide more detailed information on these costs on our first call as the vary from platform to platform and are based on the provider plan level you select.

    These fees are paid directly to the service providers and we are not involved in that billing. This benefits you in that Wellness Web Designers doesn’t get involved in upcharges for managing those services on your behalf.

  • You’ll be provided with a pre-kickoff homework bundle that will walk you through everything we’ll need from you in order to really fly at project kickoff.

    You’ll be asked to provide a range of logistical information, such as who you’ll want to have access to the site, any pertinent login credentials, details on your offerings, your bio, input on the colors you love (and colors you want to avoid), and more.

    You’ll have as much time as you need to complete your homework and we’ll schedule your project kickoff date once your homework is complete.

    The benefit to this approach is that we as the designers can move through the design + build process much more efficiently with all your info submitted ahead of time. If any items are missing or incomplete, we’ll circle back to you and goose you to finish them up.

  • We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver very fast results. We can do this by making sure we have everything we’ll need from you—via your pre-kickoff homework—before we slot your project into the schedule. This, once we kick off, we’re in the sluiceway!

    Also, notably, we prioritize one project at a time which creates a very fun, fast, and focused process fueled by buy-in from you to provide prompt responses during the feedback rounds.

  • You’ll have several key Zoom calls throughout the project, and you’ll be called upon to provide timely feedback during the revision process. But we will work to keep these efficient and sensitive to your busy schedule.

  • We strongly favor Squarespace — it is our go-to platform for many amazing reasons, and we highly recommend it.

    If your site is largely for selling physical or digital products, we always steer clients to Shopify.

    If yours will be largely a membership-based site, we can work in most of the popular platforms, such as Mighty Networks, Kajabi, Teachable, and more.

    If you have a specific need, we can also work in WordPress and a few of the other most popular platforms.

  • That’s great! If you’re still happy with your logo and feel it reflects your business well, we can definitely incorporate it as-is.

    Or, it may benefit from a freshening up, and in that case, we’re happy to give it a little zhuzh.

    However, if you’re simply trying to economize, and if it’s outdated, it may not do your new site any favors. In that case, we suggest a refresh. You won’t regret it; it’s an appropriate investment when elevating the rest of your online presence.
